谷子新型不育系选育

对张杂谷父本进行 de novo 测序，破译其 5 亿个碱基序列，注释得到 3 万个基因。完成了杂交谷株高，雄性不育，抗除草剂，叶色等七个重要农艺性状控制基因的定位，用于指导育种。


以杂交谷母本为基础材料针对叶色、生育期进行定向改良，获得绿叶、早熟及晚熟新不育材料纯系，丰富了不育系材料。
